Where are the sessions
At the end of the day, the children will get changed into an extra set of clothes in their classrooms. They will meet the coach in the school hall. Tennis will go ahead on the playground at school.
What to bring
Any sports clothing is fine. Footwear should be trainers. We can supply all equipment, including rackets, but children are welcome to bring their own. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Bad weather
We will go ahead in the school hall, or find an inside space to do an inside activity. The tennis sessions will always go ahead.
Collection
Collection is at the KS2 gate, next to the main playground. The coach will dismiss the children to you. Please arrive promptly as our coaches have other evening sessions to get to.

Where are the sessions
At the end of the day, the students will get changed into an extra set of clothes/P.E. kit in their school changing rooms. They will then collect a racket (if they need one) from the P.E. shed and walk around the back of the school, past the astroturf pitch to the David Lloyd tennis courts. They will meet the coach on the purple tennis courts.
What to bring
Any sports clothing is fine. Footwear should be trainers. The school can provide tennis rackets or the students are welcome to bring their own. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Bad weather
We will go ahead in light/medium showers. Heavy rain and/or frost and we will cancel the session.
In the event of a cancellation you will be offered the chance to catch up at another session in that term. We are unable to offer refunds unless in exceptional circumstances. We will communicate this with you by text and email.
Collection
After the session, all borrowed tennis rackets must be returned to the P.E. shed in the school.
Students are able to make their own way home after tennis, or be collected from an agreed pick up place i.e. front of school, Nonsuch park, adjacent road. The coach will leave the courts once all of the students have left the courts.

Where are the sessions and how to get here
Your child should make their way here immediately after school. The address is Sutton Tennis & Squash Club, 19 Devonshire Road SM2 5HH. He / she is welcome to use the changing rooms here. The session is with Head Tennis Coach, Karl Stowell and he will meet the children in the clubhouse just before 3.45pm.

Bad weather
We will go ahead in all weather in one way or another. We have table tennis, squash courts and other options available to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any missed sessions. Sorry!
